Emergencies

This is what you can expect from us when every second counts...

We don't really want to think about it and certainly don't want to be concerned about it, but unfortunately an emergency can happen to all of us. BEcause of that, it is important to have a number of things arranged properly  and to know a number of things in advance. As a recreation park, we try to do everything we can to be well prepared for any emergencies.

For example, almost all of our permanent employees have a valid first aid certificate, the barriers have an SOS function that allows the emergency services to drive in and out automatically, fire extinguishers and first aid kits are hung in many places and the reception has an AED that can save lives. There are also a number of regular guests with a valid first aid certificate who, after a report has been received at the reception, can be called upon by us to help or support.

What do we expect from our guests?

Keep a close eye on small children (especially near the swimming pool and the recreational lake!).

Write your telephone number and pitch number on your child's wristband or write it down on a piece of paper and put it in their trouser pocket.

Please charge devices, bicycles, hoverboards, etc. safely and unplug chargers after use.

Ensure that your camping equipment has a proper fire extinguisher, smoke detector and/or carbon monoxide detector (our accommodations are already equipped).

In serious cases where you need an emergency service, first call 1-1-2. Make sure that it is reported immediately to reception or via the intercom at the reception door so that we can take appropriate action.

In the worst case that the park needs to be evacuated, it is important to leave the park as soon as possible. Leave your belongings behind and walk or cycle to the meeting point with your family and pets (leave your car behind due to traffic jams). Initially, the meeting point will be the parking lot opposite the park, unless otherwise indicated. Wait there for further instructions.
